Everything you need to know about your transition to Southern Web

So, what happens now?

A member of our team will be in contact with you to update your agreement and billing information with Southern Web. Ugh, yes, paperwork, but at least it's digital. After you've updated your agreement, we'll update your payment information with our accounting team.

What email address do I use for support?

You can still use the same email address you’ve always used, but you'll also be able to use support@southernweb.com and our team will be ready to help you with your WordPress needs.

Will my support plan change?

Yes, but for the better. We plan on expanding the features included in WP Site Care without increasing the cost. We promise to provide the same great service you’ve always enjoyed.

Will the price of my plan change?

No. We don’t have any plans to change pricing.

Why should I trust Southern Web?

Founded in 2005, Southern Web supports over 400 sites and offers a full-service approach to web development and digital marketing. Like WP Site Care, Southern Web believes that trust is something that’s earned. So rather than giving you a bunch of lip service, let us show you how committed we are to providing a great experience.

Who’s on the Southern Web team? Who will be taking care of my requests?

You might classify our team as grizzled WordPress veterans. You can learn more about each member of our team on the Southern Web site, but simply put, we’re real web professionals with diverse skills who love delivering exceptional customer service.

Will you still operate as WP Site Care?

WP Site Care is now a service of Southern Web. You'll continue to see the WP Site Care brand, but we're now part of something more*.

* That something more is web hosting, digital marketing, search engine optimization, social media management, email newsletters, and pay-per-click advertising.

I've already paid for a full year of WP Site Care service. Why do I now need to sign a new agreement?

The terms of your agreement will be honored through the end of your service term, but we need to have a new agreement in place before your service term ends.
